GLASS MOSAIC

Both painstaking and freeing. Painstaking because you can use very tiny pieces of glass and each has to be coated with silicone glue before being placed in place. The glass pieces are glued to a clear sheet of glass over a template drawing. The freedom comes in that any colours or shapes can be used without restriction. Once all the pieces are firmly down and dried the whole piece is then grouted to outline and enhance the glass.
